Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut peeled apples into tiny pieces.
  2. Beat eggs, then add all ingredients except apples.
  3. Fold in apples.
  4. Put in lightly greased pie plate.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30mins.
  6. Serve with ice cream, yogurt or cheese slices.
  7. Grandma recommends Granny Smith apples!
