Directions:

  1. With a sharp knife, quarter the apple, removing the core. Using a juice extractor, juice apples and grapes, followed by cilantro and watercress.
  2. Add lime juice to the fruit and herbs and stir well. Serve in a tall glass immediately for maximum flavor.
