Ingredients:

  • for the apple dressing you need 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1/3 cup of mayo
  • and 1 tbsp of sugar
  • for the salad you need
  • chopped romaine lettuce to your preferable amount
  • cherry tomatoes
  • fresh graded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Pour all ingredients for the dressing into the mixing bowl cut the lemon in half and remove seeds then squeeze all the lemon juice into the bowl from both halves and mix until all ingredients are well blended together
  2. In a salad bowl pour all salad ingredients into the bowl and mix with salad tongs then serve topped with the apple dressing.
