Apple Butter Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup splenda
  • 2 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup icing

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and Splenda well. Add pumpkin, mix well. Add dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. Coat cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Spread micyure evenly in pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
