Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 120 g cane sugar
  • 15 oz pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Puree beans with 1/2 cup water, bake at 375 for 15 minutes, more at 300 if necessary.
