Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs.
  2. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  3. Add to liquid mixture.
  4. Add vanilla, apples, and nuts to mixture.
  5. Put into two loaf pans sprayed with Pam.
  6. Sprinkle tops with sugar.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
