Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan and set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Place in loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 1& 1/2 hours.
  6. Cover with foil during last 30 minutes of baking.
  7. Cool and Enjoy.
