Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut celery heart, beets and apple into cubes.
  2. Wash greens and drain well then tear into bite size pieces.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.
  4. A few minutes before serving pour vinaigrette over salad and toss.
  5. To make vinaigrette combine olive oil, lemon juice and mustard in a jar with a lid.
  6. Crush or chop garlic finely then add garlic and herbs to oil mixture and shake well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and shake again.
