Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C - gas 4
  2. Put the oats, coconut, flour and sugar into a bowl
  3. Melt the butter and stir in the golden syrup
  4. Add the bicarb to 2 tablespoons boiling water stir into the butter mix
  5. Make a well in the dry ing.
  6. Pour in the butter mix and stir gently to incorporate the dry ing.
  7. Put desert spoonfuls of the mix onto lightly greased baking sheets
  8. Allow 1 between for spreading
  9. Bake for 8 -10 min until golden
  10. Cool on a wire wrack
