Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together eggs, mayo, Old Bay, pepper, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard, until creamy.
  2. Add bread crumbs, mixing evenly.
  3. Add in the crab meat and the chivest, being sure to mix evenly.
  4. Shape into small cakes.
  5. Let the crab cakes sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
  6. Preheat broiler.
  7. Place crab cakes on a large cookie sheet. Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle on a tiny amount of flour - approximately 1/2 tsp per cake.
  8. Cook under broiler, turning once, until golden brown.
  9. Serve with remoulade.
