Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3 cups flour , sifted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat all eggs, then add sugar, oil, and remaining ingredients.
  2. Spread the batter on a cookie sheet. Place in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and cut into squares while it is still hot.
  4. Put back into oven for 5 minutes and remove. Makes a great little add on to ice cream and other flavorful desserts.
