Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 325°F.
  2. Place beef in roasting pan, rub with butter.
  3. Season w/ seaoned salt & lemon pepper.
  4. Bake 1 hour.
  5. Add veggies bake 1 hour.
  6. Let meat rest 10 minutes.
