Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sake
  • 4 tsp grated gingerroot

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk together.
  2. Serve over lettuce, carrots and scallions.
