Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. Mix almond paste, both sugars, flour and egg whites until well-blended and smooth
  4. Using a plain piping tip fitted in a pastry bag, pipe one-inch rounds onto baking sheet
  5. With damp fingertips, press down any peaks
  6. Bake until light golden, about 10-12 minutes
  7. Allow to cool on pans before removing from paper
