Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in oil until soft and golden.
  2. Add everything else. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 hours on the lowest possible heat.
  3. Puree sauce in batches when cool.
  4. Will keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks, or you may freeze for later use.
