Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add rice. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the rice is really soft and has absorbed all the water.
  2. With a wooden spoon, mash the rice until it sticks together. Divide the rice into four equal portions then, using a clean cloth to protect your hands, or two large serving spoons, mould each portion into a ball.
