  • about 2tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Toss potato wedges with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss once more.
  3. Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.

  5. Drizzle with vinegar just before serving.
  6. ***Truffles are very distinct with their heady, earthy flavor... and a hefty price tag to reflect their uniqueness. Truffle oil is more affordable, but, it's oil... it will go rancid unless you use it in a timely fashion. And, let's face it as tasty as it is, it's not something you want to use on everything. My solution? Truffle infused sea salt. You even go near the bag, and you know you have truffles near by, but it's affordable, and shelf stable for so much longer. I get mine from a site called .
