Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1 & quot ,pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in large bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and combine well with potatoes.
  3. Bake,covered, in 375* oven for at least 1 hr.
  4. Uncover and bake 15 to 30 min longer or until potatoes are tender and brown on edges.
  5. (May be a little longer or shorter depending on your oven).
