Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Add the ginger,garlic, onions, chillies and tomatoes.
  3. Saute till the tomatoes and onions are softened.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Add the boiled peas and potatoes.
  7. Add the chopped cilantro.
  8. Add the water and bring to a simmer.
  9. Serve with Indian Bread or Rice.
  10. Tip: I microwave frozen peas and potatoes for about 10 minutes in my microwave.
