  • 225 of 110cup 1/4 very cool/very slow
  • 250of 130cup 1/2
  • 275of 140cup 1 cool
  • 300of 150cup 2
  • 325 of 170cup 3 very moderate
  • 350 of 180cup 4 moderate
  • 375of 190cup 5
  • 400 of 200cup 6 moderately hot
  • 425of 220cup 7 hot
  • 450of 230cup 8
  • 475of 240cup 9 very hot

Directions:

  1. Above is a pretty good approximation. As with any baking or cooking, let your eyes, nose and touch be your guide!
  2. Also for measurement conversions there are a ton of charts on the Net for liquid, and dry weights etc.grams, ml, etc.
  3. I bought myself a European measuring cup ( kitchen stores have them ) to measure out the flour, sugar, etc.which is terrific.
  4. Also for serous bakers a small kitchen scale is indespensible too
