Ingredients:

  • 30 g beef
  • 30 g potato
  • 25 g carrots
  • 40 g onions
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. rice wine

Directions:

  1. Saute first four ingredients
  2. Add yam cake (bean thread style) if available
  3. Add seasonings
  4. Simmer
