Ingredients:

  • 700 ml original v8 vegetable juice
  • 500 g beef
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cut the beef, salt and pepper the beef and coat the beef with flour.
  2. Crush garlic into saucepan with butter and cook the beef.
  3. Add tomato juice and basil and simmer it for an hour till the beef become tender.
  4. Add the veggies and cook till they cooked.
  5. Serve it with sour cream if you desire.
