Ingredients:

  • pour 2 cups boiling water over 2 cups bran cereal. set aside
  • mix
  • 4 cups bran cereal
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sour milk (add 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients. add the bran/water mixture.
  2. Place in covered bowl.
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Grease muffin tins
  5. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes
