6 Week Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 1 cup crisco oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Have muffin tins ready with liners sprayed with nonstick spray
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Fill greased tins 2/3 full and bake for 10 - 15 minutes
  5. Store in covered container in refrigerator .
  6. Mix will keep for six weeks!
  7. Enjoy these with a little butter spread or some honey
