Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 400.
  2. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
  3. Beat eggs, add oil and milk.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Mix dry ingredients together separately and mix well.
  6. Add to wet ingredients and mix again.
  7. Mix in raisins.
  8. Pour enough mix into muffin tins to fill about 2/3 of the way full.
  9. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until tops of muffins are nice and brown and starting to crack a bit.
  10. Keep mix in fridge for up to 6 weeks in an ice cream pail with lid.
  11. Recipes doubles easily and will fill and ice cream pail nicely.
  12. The longer the mix is in the fridge the darker the batter and more powerful the bran will be.
  13. Great warm with butter and honey.
  14. We always double or triple the batch, there is never enough with just 12 muffins
