Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain and rinse corn and then beans separatley and blot dry with paper towel
  2. Scoop flesh from avocadoes and combine and mash with lime juice, onion and peppers
  3. Ina a glass serving bowl place half the avocado mix, then layer evenly with corn, then a layer of sour cream then the black beans and then remaining avocado mixture
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro
  5. Seve with tortilla chips
