Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup vanilla chip

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, cream first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. In separate bowl, combine dry mixture, except chips.
  4. Add dry mixture to creamed mixture, blend.
  5. Add chips to dough.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart.
  7. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let set on pan for 1 minute after removing from oven.
