Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup vanilla chip
  • 2/3 cup butterscotch chips (yes-this many chips!!)

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each addition.
  2. Beat in the vanilla.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients and add gradually to the creamed mixture.
  4. Add the chips. Use a small scoop to drop onto a parchment covered baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F for about 10-12 minutes. Cool for 1 minute then move to a wire rack.
  6. This makes a BUNCH.
