3 Step No Bake Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Grind Almonds in a blender, pour in a bowl.
  2. Mix in enough honey to make a sticky dough and form into balls
  3. Roll in coconut. (optional) I sprinkle in coconut in my mixture
  4. Chill.
