Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients well. Place in a laof pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
