Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Makes 2 loaves
  2. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
  3. Mix zucchini, eggs, oil and sugar
  4. Sift together dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture, blend well
  5. Stir in nuts(if using) and chocolate chips
  6. Bake at 350 for an hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
