Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Put a layer of zucchini in baking dish. Dab with butter and sprinkle with salt,pepper and some of the onions
  3. Repeat layers until zucchini and onion are used up.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top and spoon soy sauce over all.
  5. Bake 40-45 mins.
  6. Note: I do this dish in a pie plate
