Ingredients:

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Spread zucchini in casserole dish.
  2. Mix bread crumbs with spices and sprinkle over zucchini.
  3. Dot with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 350° until tender, about 1 hour.
