Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add onions, cook stirring for 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, cook about 7 minutes until carmelized.
  4. Add water if necessary to prevent sticking.
  5. Add zucchini, cook about 5 minutes until tender.
  6. Add tomato and pepper flakes.
  7. Cook until heated through and tomato begins to release juices, about 5 minutes Add salt and pepper.
