Yummy Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oats, coconut and wheat germ in a small bowl.
  3. Beat softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Stir in butterscotch morsels and raisins.
  6. Drop large rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes.
  8. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
