Ingredients:

  • 6 cups rolld oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix honey, oil, water, and vanilla throughly and pour over the dry oat and nut mixture. Mix well coating the oat and nut mixture evenly. Spread onto two greased cookie sheets and bake at 300 for 40-60 minutes or untill it just starts to turn golden. Make sure to stir it a few times while baking. Do not over cook. Cool well and store in an airtight container.
