Yogurt And Berries  Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup graha. crackers crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • filling
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin dissolved in 4 tbsp of water.

Directions:

  1. Graham. Cracker Crust
  2. Combine all ingredients and press into 9 “ pie pan.
  3. Bake at 375 F. For 8 minutes .

  5. Filling
  6. Combine in a small saucepan milk and gelatin
  7. Stir to soften gelatin. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves.
  8. Combine in blender or mixing bowl: Cottage cheese, plain yogurt, sugar and dissolved gelatin mixture.
  9. Whirl or whip briefly. Chill mixture 20 – 30 minutes until begins to set.

  11. Prepare Topping :
  12. Process all the ingredients until finely chopped, pass the mixture through a sieve, taste, add sugar if needed, pour over the cheese pie, decorate with extra berries and chill.
