Berry Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
  2. Beat in cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
