Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup pureed fruit (fruit) or 1/3 cup baby food ( fruit)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Pour into popsicle moulds.
  3. Freeze at least 5-6 hours.
