Ingredients:

  • 29 oz can yams drained
  • 2 apples cored and cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut yams into bite size pieces and place in single layer in bottom of baking dish.
  3. Combine ham, apples, brown sugar and dry mustard in large bowl and mix.
  4. Spoon mixture over yams then pour melted margarine on top and bake 20 minutes.
