Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425*F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Heat large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
  4. Add the oil, then add turkey, onion, and seasoning mix.
  5. Cook, breaking up the turkey with wooden spoon, until browned.
  6. Stir in tomatoes and water, bring to a boil.
  7. Simmer, uncovered, over med-high heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  8. Meanwhile, spray another large skillet with nonstick spray and heat on med-high.
  9. Add one tortilla and cook, turning occasionally, until crisp and golden.
  10. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  11. Arrange tortillas on baking sheet.
  12. Spoon turkey mixture on tortilla.
  13. Sprinkle each with cheddar, olives and jalapenos.
  14. Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 15 minute.
  15. 4 Points per pizza.
