World's Best Fried Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 1 large zucchini (1/4-inch slices)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • salt and pepper , as needed
  • butter , as needed

Directions:

  1. Heat electric fry pan to 250°F.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in bowl.
  3. Soak handful of zucchini slices in mixture.
  4. Lightly shake them off and coat them with flour.
  5. Place each slice in the fry pan with plenty of butter.
  6. Repeat until all slices are in the pan.
  7. Cook until each side is dark brown.
  8. Salt and pepper slices to taste.
  9. Enjoy!
