Ingredients:

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken breast and mix all top ingredients
  2. Mix bottom ingredients as dressing and drizzle over salad
