Ingredients:

6 cups baby spinach
2 med onions
2 mango
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. cook chicken breast and mix all top ingredients
2. Mix bottom ingredients as dressing and drizzle over salad
