Winter Squash and Apples (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut squash into 2 inch pieces and place in slow cooker. Add apples and onions. Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir well. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  2. Just before serving, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter and stir in with squash, apples, and onions. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
