Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Filling : In a medium bowl combine sugar, flour and lemon peel; mix well.
  2. Add apples and cranberries; stir to mix.
  3. Spoon into a 6-cup baking dish.
  4. Topping : In a small bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
  5. Add melted butter; stir to mix.
  6. Sprinkle topping over filling.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven of 375 F for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and top is brown.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
