Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle gelatin into water in a small bowl.
  2. Add sugar and salt.
  3. Heat wine and pour into gelatin.
  4. Stir until solids are dissolved.
  5. Add orange juice and lemon juice.
  6. Pour into 4 stemmed glasses.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
