  1. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Spoon in ice cream, stirring until ice cream is melted.
  3. Pour into individual dessert glasses OR a serving bowl.
  4. Chill about 30 minutes, or until set.
  5. If desired, garnish with fresh fruit.
