Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot add 12 cups of water and 3 cups button mushrooms, boil on medium heat reduce to 2 cups stock.
  2. In butter saute onion,garlic,carrots and shiitake mushrooms,add thyme and rosemary,add rice saute 1 minute,add mushroom stock, and bay leaves.
  3. Cover simmer very low about 1 hour salt and pepper to your taste.
