Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove crusts from bread and butter enough bread to make two layers in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Place half of bread in bottom of pan.
  3. Cover with cubed ham or back backon.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Add the rest of the bread.
  6. Cover with more cheddar cheese.
  7. Beat six eggs, salt and pepper, mustard, worchestershire and milk.
  8. Pour this mixture over the bread and let stand overnight in fridge (covered).
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  10. Let stand a few minutes to firm up and then serve.
